(2) Replacement of windows all except the diamond windows on the top; and the windows are to be plain vinyl clad windows without muttons. (3) Replacement shutters of the owner's choice. (4) Replacement of the wood front door to a more substantial door. (5) Replacement of the garage door to the "Sunnymede Style" with vertical muntons dividing the window lights; and I would recommend a steel door as John suggested, because it is insulated and will give you less trouble. (6) Repair of deteriorated siding, replacing the rotted boards as needed, and reconfiguring the area around the bay window which is going to be removed and replaced with plain flat windows and the siding on either side will be done to match the other existing vertical siding.
