My letter to Steve Eslinger with attachments. Unless some unforeseen objection is raised, <br />there shall be a dismissal of the lawsuit by our next regularly scheduled meeting. <br />I think the documents are self - explanatory. The phrase "with prejudice" means it cannot be <br />refiled.
