OXIAN <br />RE: STAFF RECOMMENDATION REGARDING OLIVER SCHOOL <br />While I am in agreement with the staff recommendation for an engineering study regarding fea- <br />sibility, cost, and optimal salvage plans, I believe that HPC should reserve the right to assist in <br />the selection of the study engineers, and to participate in the study as it is performed.
