Analytical costs will be billed on the unit cost basis shown with the actual numbers of samples needed to complete the work. The UST's estimated fees are based upon the minimum number of samples required by IDEM and the assumption that no soil contamination has occurred. This fee may need to be revised as the investigation proceeds if contaminated soil is found. The Phase III asbestos estimated fees are based on a project duration of five weeks (25 working days). For additional or fewer days jur fee will be increased or.decreased by $120.00 per day. The actual number of asbestos air samples needed for project acceptance depends upon the Contractor's scheduling. The actual number of samples will be invoiced at the stated unit rate.
