The owner <br />was not present. <br />The Commission examined photographs of the house, and a flyer from Goshen Sash and <br />Door describing the proposed storm door. <br />JOHN OXIAN: Moved that the Commission deny the application as submitted, and <br />specifically deny a Certificate of Appropriateness for a colonial style half-light screen <br />door, but direct staff to approve a sequitted light or vertical panel door, should the owner <br />amend to application to seek on of those. <br />MARY JANE CHASE: Seconded the motion and it carried unanimously. <br />B. Proposed Local Landmarks, 2nd reading <br />1. Park Avenue Historic District <br />WAYNE R. DOOLITTLE: Presented to the Commission a map (revised) of the <br />proposed historic district, and briefly explained the proposed change in boundaries. <br />JOHN OXIAN: Moved that the Commission adopt a resolution in support of the <br />proposed area. <br />RICHARD HELMUS: Seconded the motion and it carried unanimously. <br />2. 2716 Vine Street (Old Nuner Street) <br />Brief discussion was held and no action taken. <br />III.
