PURCHASE. OF EQUIPMENT <br /> It is necessary to defray expenses within the emergency medical <br /> services capital improvement budget with an appropriation of Three. <br /> Hundred Twelve Thousand Five Hundred. Six Dollars ($312,506.00) from. <br /> Emergency Medical Services Capital Improvement. Fund #288 in order <br /> to meet annual lease purchase obligations of the South Bend Fire <br /> Department. for 1993. <br /> The City has continued to generate increased revenue from the <br /> emergency medical services bureau to support the capital needs of <br /> both the Fire Department and its emergency medical services. <br /> operations. This appropriation. has been included in the <br /> department's projections as well as its five-year Capital <br /> Improvement plan. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE. IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE. <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS.: <br /> Section I.
