You said you would be <br />talking to a lawyer. While I don't know the exact wording of the law, I <br />believe you mentioned "on his side of the property line". Could one possibly <br />quibble about the definition of "on" or whatever the exact wording is. It <br />seems to me that the property line is on the ground and the branches in _ <br />question are no where near the ground or even close toMr. Philippis' garage, <br />they are so high up. At some point airspace is no longer private because we <br />have airplanes over us all the time in the process of landing at the nearby <br />airport. I wonder what the intent of the law was. <br />This is probably grasping at straws, but so be it. <br />I will be on vacation soon so you will have a brief reprieve from my <br />mailings. <br />Donna F.
