Historic Preservation
From:
To:
Sent:
Subject:
4/22/2001
1=4 0-M
<DonnaFl3rown@aol.corn>
<historic@mlchiana.org>
Monday, April 23, 2001 8:48 AM
Re: tree
Here I am again about the black walnut tree. You said you would be
talking to a lawyer. While I don't know the exact wording of the law, I
believe you mentioned "on his side of the property line". Could one possibly
quibble about the definition of "on" or whatever the exact wording is. It
seems to me that the property line is on the ground and the branches in _
question are no where near the ground or even close toMr. Philippis' garage,
they are so high up. At some point airspace is no longer private because we
have airplanes over us all the time in the process of landing at the nearby
airport. I wonder what the intent of the law was.
This is probably grasping at straws, but so be it.
I will be on vacation soon so you will have a brief reprieve from my
mailings.
Donna F.
