AMENDMENT I <br />SECTION 8 — Director a) The Director of the Commission shall be an employee of the <br />Commission b) The Director is to direct all the activities and projects of the Commission <br />and manage the functions of the office and staff c) The Director shall report and be under <br />the direct authority of the President and/or Vice President between regular board <br />meetings d) The Director shall also report to the Commission and/or chair person of all <br />established committees. <br />SECTION 9 — Assistant Director a) The Assistant Director shall assume the position of <br />Director and its authority on the absence of the Director b) The Assistant Director shall <br />conduct the Certificate of Appropriateness application process for Landmarks and <br />Historic Districts. <br />SECTION 10 — All vouchers, checks, money transfers, etc., shall be required to have the <br />signature of the Director and/or Treasurer and/or President. <br />
