The turned spindles terminate at the open treads. The stair is finished with <br />recessed panels of oak. A study is north off the foyer which contains a fireplace surrounded by glazed brick <br />and oak woodwork. Much of the original woodwork has been removed. The first floor plan contained a <br />central hallway, which three rooms abut on each side. A waiting room/reception area is along the front of <br />the structure. The second floor contains a large meeting room and three additional rooms. An outstanding <br />c. 1920 era bathroom exists containing original light fixtures, yellow and black glazed tile, original decorative <br />sinks with chrome legs and original medicine cabinets, bathtub and toilet. A rear stair connects the small <br />kitchen on the second floor to the first floor. <br />The attic is unfinished but is accessed through an opening bookcase in the second floor, turret room. The <br />mrret room is finished with bookcases. <br />
