According to our last correspondence dated January 19, 2001 we had received a letter from Tony McVay of Honey Do Handyman Services which stated that because of scheduling problems the work could not be addressed until March 12th through the 17th of 2001. In an attempt to work with you on this matter the Commission agreed to this time extension with the understanding that the staff would approve the style of the new columns and rails and that all would be installed by the end of March. It is now the middle of April and no work has been done nor has the staff heard from you concerning the delay. The staff will assume that bad weather and further scheduling problems are the cause behind the de- lay, however, if you do not respond with in ten days of receiving this notice and clear this matter up the staff will be forced to turn this issue over to the city legal department.
