The house was purchased by Richard and Venera Monahan who converted the house into <br />the Oliver Inn Bed & Breakfast. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Preservation Guidelines for Local Landmarks follow the Rehabilitation Model. <br />Group B Standards <br />The applicant is requesting to replace existing business sign with a new wood <br />sign. The new sign is 5'6" tall and 63" wide. <br />The new sign is made of wood and replicates many of the design features seen in <br />the house. It is a beautifully designed sign that will greatly compliment the house, the <br />staff recommends approval. <br />0? <br />
