OLD BUSINESS <br />MARTHA CHOITZ: We have to get a routine into affect in regards to easements. <br />The staff is supposed to be working on this, however, we are so short handed I do not <br />know where things stand and am concerned about fulfilling our obligations. <br />RHONDA SAUNDERS: It would help me greatly if the Fagade Easement <br />Committee could help out with some of the notifications and other necessary <br />documentation. I know Mr. Talley had started easement files for a couple of properties, <br />however, I have been unable to locate these files. <br />MARTHA CHOITZ: I will come in and go over the procedures with you. <br />7.
