CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS APPLICATIONS <br />25 <br />26 A. 2000 — 0229,112 S. Lafayette, lighting. <br />27 <br />28 JOHN OXIAN: The staff can wave the presentation of the staff report because it <br />29 was read at a previous meeting. <br />30 <br />31 KEN HERCEG: I have a letter from the State Historic Preservation Office stating <br />32 that they hold a covenant over the roof of the Courthouse until 2008. All work done to <br />33 the exterior of the roof, including cupola lighting, must be submitted to the State Office <br />34 for approval. I have a call into Mr. Kennedy to arrange a meeting to view and discuss <br />35 the cupola lighting as well as other issues. <br />36 <br />37 J. EDWARD TALLEY: The State Office Staff will be in South Bend between 11:00 <br />38 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 16, 2000. <br />39 <br />40 KEN HERCEG: I would like the Commission members to go over and look at the <br />41 cupola lighting as adjusted once the sun goes down to see how it looks with the lights <br />42 readjusted. Beyond this request I would like the Commission to table the application <br />43 until the light issue can be resolved with the State Office. <br />44 <br />45 <br />e 46 <br />1 <br />
