Changes made to property at 19701 Cowles Ave. <br />1926 — Plumbing installed. lst bathroom added to house <br />1926 — Bay window removed from south side of living room <br />1972 — Acoustical ceiling installed in parlor and den. <br />1976 — Full bathroom added to upstairs bedroom. Full bathroom added downstairs to <br />"parlor" — this was an actual addition to the house, requiring a roof and the removal of a <br />window on the west side of the house. <br />1977—A2 d large garage was moved to the property, at the same time a concrete slab <br />was poured for extra parking. <br />1978 - Vinyl siding was installed overt the entire house. <br />1990 — The main porch was completely replaced with a brick porch. <br />1990 & 1991 — New windows were installed in 5 different rooms. <br />1997 - The roof line was changed by several feet to extend over the main porch. <br />Since 1969 over 21 large trees have been removed from the property. Also in 1994 (?) <br />when Business 31IIN 933 was resurfaced, the State of Indiana drastically changed the <br />bank all along the frontage of 933. <br />
