The addition will have a sliding glass patio door on the north facade, a bank of three to <br />four double hung window units on the west elevation and another series of four double <br />hung window units on the south elevation. <br />The roofline will flow with that of the existing rear porch as well as that of a small square <br />protrusion located on the north fagade of the existing house. The addition will match in <br />style, material and design with no significant affect to the original structure. <br />The staff finds the proposed addition to be in scale with the existing structure and is not <br />visible from the street. The staff recommends approval of the application as submitted. <br />
