That 4x4 corner posts be installed in the <br />corners and on either side of the screen door and the vinyl door submitted by Mr. Gamble <br />at this meeting be installed. <br />JERRY WEINER: I second the motion. <br />After due consideration, the following action was taken: <br />Upon a motion by Martha Choitz, being seconded by Jerry Weiner and carried <br />unanimously, the proposed Certificate of Appropriateness for enclosure of the front porch <br />at 218 E. Bartlett, South Bend, Indiana, be approved with the stipulation that Mylar be <br />used, that the siding be wood, that 4x4 posts be installed at the corners and on either side <br />of the door and that the screen door presented by the owner at this meeting be used. <br />MARTHA CHOITZ: If the owner finds clapboard siding to be financial <br />prohibiting he should be allowed to reapply for the vinyl siding. <br />C. 2000 - 00629, 619 Edgewater, trees. <br />J.
