Folger, the president and manager of the <br />Folger Barlick Company, which a wholesale and retail window shade and awning store. <br />Clarence and his wife, Edith, resided here until 1926 when they sold the house to Mary Misher, <br />a stenographer at Studebaker Brothers. She only resided here for two years, selling the house <br />in 1928 to John Newman, a switchman. Mr. Newman lived in this house until his death in <br />1954, his wife, Mary, continued to reside here until 1969. The house remained vacant for a few <br />years until it was sold to Leon and Lahna Richardson in 1977. Mr. Richardson sold the <br />property two years later to Kenneth Deboer who sold it to the current owners, Greg and Lisa <br />Cronkright in 1998. <br />
