<br />(see drawing). The opening will be 1 71 " by 79" and will be divided into -1 parts. -4
<br />windows will be 70" by '112" and will ce double Hurg sashes. At the 1c ' D will be fwo Email,
<br />12" by 32" fixed, "ramorn-style window--. The window opening "gill be trimmed out in a
<br />wood surround with cornice and sill details matching the rest, of the house.
<br />New side and rear windows - at fl -c- lefffront lfaqade, owner proposes to rainsticil small,
<br />double -hung sash window, identical to the unit On the first story. Givvner state!: that this
<br />window opening is original to the house but was tater sided over. At the recr, the owner
<br />proposes to remove a later, Infill window and replace with paired, doubl --hun- 50shes
<br />matching the originals.
<br />Fordh balustrade - the Current porch balustrade is JNo different heights. Only half of the
<br />existing balustrades original. The owner proposes to retain this half and build -- new
