The petition of Daniel R. and Helen M. Goller seeking a variance from the required 25' front yard setback to <br />15' and from the required 25' rear yard setback to 0', on property located at 2824 Northside Blvd. Zoned "A" <br />Residential and in the "a" Height and Area. This petition was tabled from the February, Marchand April <br />meetings. <br />2. The petition of G & C. Inc. seeking a variance from the required 25' front setback to T along Western <br />Avenue and to 5' along Sheridan Avenue for parking, on property located at the southwest corner of Western <br />Avenue and Sheridan Avenue. Zoned "C" Commercial in the "e" Height and Area and "A" Residential in the <br />"a" Height and Area, pending rezoning to "C" Commercial and in the "a" Height and Area. This was tabled <br />from the April meeting. <br />3. The petition of Housing Development Corp. seeking the following variances: from the required 25` rear yard <br />setback to 20.3'; from the required 25' front yard setback to 20'; and from the required 25' street side yard <br />setback to 10' along the LaSalle Connector, on property located at 1047 LaSalle Connector. Zoned "A" <br />Residential and in the "a" Height and Area. <br />The petition of Ronald May and Garden Homes seeking a variance from the required 25' rear yard setback to <br />21.7 and from the required 5' side yard setback to 39', on property located at 5101 Colfax Street. Liddell seeking the following variances: from the required 10.5' side yard setback <br />to 9' for the house; from the required 10.5' side yard setback to 5' along the north property line and to 2' along <br />the south property line for the accessory building, on property located at 1342 East Wayne Street North. <br />Zoned "A'' Residential and in the "a'' Height and Area. <br />6. The petition of St. Augustine Church seeking the following variances: from the required 25' front yard setback <br />to 13'; from the required 11'6" side yard setback to 9; from the required 25' setback for parking to 20' along <br />Birdsell Street and to 2' along Liston Street; from the required 45 parking spaces to 28 and from the required <br />screening to no screening, on property located at 1501 W.
