OLD BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />a. continued.... <br />System for the project in the block <br />bounded by Michigan, Jefferson, Main and <br />Washington. <br />She noted that this Development <br />Agreement is for the Trammell Crow <br />building in that same block. The <br />agreement substantially matches the <br />agreement with Memorial Hospital with a <br />few differences between them. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Agreement <br />for the Lease and Development of Real <br />Property within the South Bend Central <br />Development Area with Trammell Crow <br />MW, Inc. <br />7. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1488 related to <br />acquisition of property in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this resolution <br />authorizes the sending of 33 purchase <br />offers. These parcels are in the blocks <br />between Marietta Street and High Street, <br />on the north side of Broadway Street up to <br />Ohio Street.
