Tally, - <br />I.1 . 7,0, i P. i i <br />I am writing to clarify T Memorial's relationship to the Near -Xorshwes;t�Teighborhaud association <br />as it relates to Housing rehabilitation and project work in the 500 and 600 blocks of St. Joseph <br />Street. There are a number of properties already in the possession ofNININ and they, � some <br />support from Memorial, are undertaking work at theme locations. <br />Two properties that Memorial owns, 512 and 520 5t. Joseph, are being rehabilitated at <br />_ <br />Memorial's expense. Project work at those residences is being managed by NNN. <br />At the 524 St. ,Joseph Street property, the existing structure, pendhig neeessary approval, is <br />plamed-for demolition with the property to be deedcd over to NITINN for fmure de-velopm nt. <br />We are happy to have NNNNT and the Ostoric Preservation Conmussion, as -partners in maintaining <br />and protecting the residential communities surrounding ale Memonal Campus.
