Installation of shutters to all doors/windows on front facade, <br />landscaping ornaments, outside lighting, glass brick to second floor <br />window, painting of sidewalk/brick, etc.; without consideration or <br />permit or application for Certificate of Appropriateness from HPC. <br />Owner was given 10 -working days to respond. <br />Letter sent 07-07-99. <br />3. - 1636 LWW Cease a Desist <br />a. Installation of new door on the east elevation without prior <br />consideration or permit or application for Certificate of <br />_ Appropriateness from HPC. _ <br />b. Sign -Permit issued by South Bend/St. Joseph County Building — <br />Dept. This -permit was erroneously issued by the Building Dept. and was <br />to be allowed by HPC if the owner of 1636 LWW applied for a <br />CoA. There has been application to date.
