Hearing of Visitors
Mr. Sporleder reported that there was a status conference meeting held last Thursday regarding
Blake Gardens where progress was made toward a settlement that would mean the loss of Blake
Gardens and its various bodies of water. He also noted that another status meeting is to be held
Wednesday, the 6th of January in the MACOG offices. Mr. Sporleder noted that there were
four key points that the developer has agreed to; first is on a set litigation including a major
maintenance program and urban drains, second they agreed to the monitoring of the stream at
the owners expense, third is to use a portion of Ponader Park as a litigation site to develop wet
lands.
