An exterior door (3 - -0 x 6 - -8) in keeping with the exterior of the house <br />would be installed with hardware in keeping with regulations of the <br />Life Safety Code. <br />The 48 inch x 48 inch stoop would be constructed of pressure treated lumber <br />and after appropriate time of aging, painted the same color as the house (treated <br />lumber if not allowed to age will reject paint, allowing the paint to peel <br />after only a few months -- recommended aging time is six months). <br />LOGAN feels that this will not detract from the value of the house noi-from the historical <br />prospective of the neighborhood. <br />We would ask that the Commission review this request and give a favorable decision so the <br />needed changes can be made and the citation of non compliance removed from the records. <br />f <br />
