Prohibited <br />Signs ... fencing, walkways and paving materials which are out of scale or inappropriate to the <br />neighborhood may not be used. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The applicant is proposing to install a new four inch tall, green coated, chain link fence with <br />two gates as a pen for their new dog. The fence will be located on the east side of the house . <br />behind the front line of the, house. The fence will replace`an existing chain link fence along the <br />east property line and will add two new fencing sections. These new sections will connect the <br />existing fence line with the house. The new sections of fencing will be somewhat obscured <br />from the street by trees and will blend with the natural surroundings. The staff finds the new <br />fencing to be in scale and style with the neighborhood and recommends approval. <br />RLS <br />10/1/98 <br />
