Stapp designed Tudor Revival house in 1929 and sold it to Dr. Charles C. Terry Jr. -Dr. Terry was a surgeon associated with the South Bend Clinic, which his father founded. Dr. Terry and his wife, Mildred, -',lived in the house until 1945'when he sold it to his wife as part, of a possible divorce settlement. Mr. Johnson sold the house to Phillip H. Sanders Sr., in 1949. Mr. Sanders was the president of Sobenite Plastics, he and his wife, Elise Brown -Sanders lived in the house until 1955 when they sold it to Daniel D. Stiver.. Mr.-Stiver owned the house until 1998 when he sold it to the current owner, Leo H. MacCormick Jr. PROPOSED CHANGE Applicant proposes to replace the windows on the second floor, excluding those located on the street facade, with Eagle brand custom twin casement windows.
