Duvall <br />December 19, 1997 <br />Page 3 <br />Once you have had an opportunity to, review this correspondence and consult with the relevant <br />individuals, would you kindly advise as to the procedures, if any, that will be employed by the Historic <br />Preservation Commission in determining whether it would be appropriate to decertify the above referenced <br />real estate and remove it from the Historic Registry. If no procedures exists (or if the procedures which may <br />exist, albeit informal, will not be used), kindly advise my office so we may take the appropriate action. <br />If we do not hear from you within thirty (30) days from the date of this letter, we will presume that <br />this request is being denied and that the Historic Preservation Commission will not place this matter upon <br />the agenda for purposes of decertifying the designation. We will also presume that the legal issues raised are <br />being rejected. <br />Thank you for your kind considerations.
