Prohibited <br />Signs, streetlighting, benelres.:.whieh are out of scale or inappropriate to <br />the neighborhood may not he ui;ed . <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The rear yard patio deck which has already been conrAructed is entirely <br />obscured from public view by privacy fence which completely conceals all <br />details of the deck. The deck is free— Standing and does not: affeeL any other <br />existing structure in the district.
