Mrs. Poehlman lived 123 S. St. Joseph and used this house as rental property. She owned the property.until her death.in - 1928 when the -house passed 'to her-daughter, Mrs. - O.ttilie Poehlman Miller Mrs. - Miller alko rented the - house, , she was the vice president of the $outti -Bend Highland Cemetery Association. The house remained in her possession until 1943 when she - sold it toAHerman Newsome and - his wife, Irene. Mr. Newsome was'a lawyer, he and his lived in the house until 1971 when he sold the house ' to his wife.
