She <br />stated that the staff has a contract with <br />North American Golf, and that the <br />Amendment substitutes Meadowbrook <br />Golf Group, Inc. as the managing entity of <br />Blackthorn Golf Course. <br />Joe Zaleski, Meadowbrook's Vice - <br />president of Golf Operations stated that <br />there was a meeting today to finalize the <br />merger between North American Golf and <br />Meadowbrook Golf Group, as the <br />managing entity of Blackthorn Golf <br />Course. <br />He stated that there will be no change in <br />staff and that the merger of the two <br />entities will provide more resources for <br />future projects. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Hojnacki and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the <br />Amendment to Agreement for <br />Management Services related to <br />Blackthorn Golf Course. <br />d. Commission approval requested for <br />Addendum to Contract for Sale of <br />Land for Private Redevelopment with <br />Trammell Crow MW, Inc. in the South <br />Bend Central Development Area. <br />Jenny Pitts Manier noted that in April <br />1994, the Commission signed an <br />agreement with Trammell Crow MW, Inc. <br />to develop the Transpo and Shoppers <br />H:\ HOME\ CPHIPPS \WPDATA \COMMSN\122096.MIN -5- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE AMENDMENT TO <br />AGREEMENT FOR MANAGEMENT SERVICES <br />RELATED TO BLACKTHORN GOLF COURSE <br />
