APPROVAL OF CLAIMS (Cont.) <br />BLACKTHORN GOLF COURSE (619) <br />North American Golf <br />Redevelopment (fund transfer) <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Hojnacki and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved and ratified the Claims <br />submitted December 20, 1996 and ordered <br />the checks to be released. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Public Hearing on Resolution No. 1479. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked that the following <br />items be entered into the record: An <br />Affidavit from the Tri- County News and <br />South Bend Tribune that the Notice of <br />Public Hearing was published on <br />December 6, 1996. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this resolution <br />outlines the 1997 Blackthorn Golf Course <br />Budget in terms of total revenue, <br />expenditures, debt service, and net <br />income. The budget shows net income of <br />$64,615 for 1997. The staff recommends <br />approving the budget as written. <br />Ms. Auburn opened the Public Hearing <br />for anyone who wished to speak.
