South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - December 20, 1996 <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that she and Jenny Pitts <br />Manier visited the Blue Heron at Blackthorn <br />earlier this week, and it looks lovely inside. <br />There is still work to be completed on the <br />outside of the building once the landscaping is <br />complete. She stated there are nice views <br />from the building. They're booked for events <br />for the majority of the 1997 weekends. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that she also drove by the <br />Jack Young building. She stated that the <br />tenant was expected to move into the building <br />on Wednesday of this week. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the Nephrology <br />building is close to being completed. <br />She stated that the Annual Organizational <br />Meeting and the Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular meeting are scheduled for Thursday, <br />January 2, 1997 at 10:00 a.m. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this is Bill Hojnacki's <br />last meeting with the Redevelopment <br />Commission, and that he is going to be a <br />member on the school board. Mr. Hojnacki <br />stated that it has been a pleasure to serve on <br />the Redevelopment Commission for the past <br />two years. Ms. Auburn acknowledged her <br />pleasure working with him, and that he will be <br />missed. <br />Mr. Hunt acknowledged that Center City <br />Associates had a very lovely Christmas party <br />last evening. Carter Wolf stated that he had <br />the pleasure to meet the new Mayor of South <br />Bend, Indiana.
