NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />e. continued.... <br />Mr. Hojnacki made a motion to table the <br />tax abatement request. The motion was <br />seconded by Mr. Hunt and unanimously <br />carried. <br />f. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1481 approving the <br />transfer of real property to the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana. (Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the property in the <br />600 block of east Indiana is related to the <br />house move project. She stated that the <br />Redevelopment Commission will convey <br />the property to the City of South Bend, <br />and the Board of Public Works will <br />convey the property to South Bend <br />Heritage Foundation, who has been <br />working on the house move project. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. Hojnacki and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission adopted Resolution <br />No. 1481 approving the transfer of real <br />property to the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana. (Sample -Ewing Development <br />Area) <br />g. Commission approval requested for <br />Loan and Grant in connection with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property <br />located at 905 E. Calvert. (Marian L. <br />Bartuska) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this loan to Marian <br />L.
