• V. Old Business <br />A. 201 North Michigan - Palais Royale local Landmark designation continued <br />From the September meeting. <br />.�x . Osian acknowledged a letter from Anne Kolata of the Dept. of Redevelopment <br />indicating that they would prefer to await completion of the current <br />rehabilitation of the facility before designation but that there would be no <br />objection to designation at that time. Be accepted the supposition of this <br />letter and allowed that the item may remain tabled for the duration and <br />instructed the Director to solicit periodic reports on the status of this <br />wort:. <br />VI. New Business <br />No new business was considered. <br />.'1r. Talley indicated that the Liaison Committee of Riverside Drive LIID would <br />be meeting on the following Thursday. <br />VII. Bearing of Visitors <br />74r. Sporleder spoke to the immediacy of the threat to the Blake Gardens site. <br />There was some discussion about how to leagally describe the area to be <br />landmarked as it would not be the entire site. <br />Mr. Duvall observed that the same problem would arise with the Oliver <br />Powerhouse. <br />VIII.
