CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS STAFF REPORT
located at the rear wall is part of a pair which appears to be identical to
the windows proposed for removal at the front wall. Though these windows are
presently not weather -tight, installation of spring loaded sash tracks could
remedy this problem with considerably less impact to the structure. Staff
recommends re -use of the window sash removed from the front wall to repair the
units at the rear and approval of the replacement both windows on the east
wall for uniformity at that location.
4) The odd sized rear door is somewhat deteriorated and replacement may be
justified. modification of the size to fit the proposed new insulated metal
door and re -use of the security -storm door from the front seems to be
reasonable within the scope of the project and considering the inconspicuous
location.
Items 5,6, & 7 are approvable by Staff as rioted above. t
David B.
