A deposit of $450.00 has <br />already been paid and final plan is being prepared by Foegley <br />Landscaping. <br />1. Planting of small evergreens along front foundation compatible <br />with existing holly and rhododendron specimens. <br />2. Planting of perennial specimens (delphinium, lavender, <br />foxglove, etc.), roses, and annuals (petunias) along existing <br />garden strip at west border of front yard - previously <br />bordered by hedge and now bordered by 3 foot fence. <br />3. Planting of several ornamental flowering trees along west side <br />of house. <br />4. Planting of perennial garden directly behind house. <br />5. Landscaping of south and east edges (previous site of dog pen <br />and overgrown area of yard) of backyard compatible with <br />existing landscaping of west border - azaleas, rhododendrons, <br />mountain laurel, trillium, small flowering ornamental trees, <br />lilacs, etc. <br />6. Planting of assorted annuals (petunias, etc.) in backyard. <br />7. Installation of underground sprinkling system <br />
