Keller, sisters of Fred Keller. partner in the prominent real estate
company of Whitcomb and Keller. This Colonial Revival style house is rated
S 111 in the Indiana Historic Sites and Structures Survey and is considered in
excellent condition.
PROPOSED CHANGE
The owner proposes to plant a Dogwood bush or bush of similar size and type at
the Southeast corner of the house and to plant an Anthony Waterer Spirea or
shrub of similar size and type in front of the screened porch.
STANDARDS
New site work should be based upon actual knowledge of the past appearance of
the property found in photographs, drawings, and newspapers. New site work
should be appropriate to existing surrounding site elements in scale, type and
appearance.
RECOMMENDATION
These proposed changes are minor site amenities which meet the criteria set
forth in the standards.
