For these reasons, staff makes <br />no recommendation regarding approval, but suggests that if it <br />is permitted, the fencing should provide greater visual <br />screening than will be afforded by the open chain link. <br />(Pending amendment to the Zoning Code will require such <br />screening for outside storage at C -Commercial locations.) <br />David B.
