p. 1 <br />CLARK / GRAUMAN <br />PROPOSAL FOR ALTERATIONS AT <br />1069 RIVERSIDE DRIVE <br />SOUTH BEND <br />This document is an application for a Certificate of <br />Appropriateness for changes we wish to make on our property. <br />There are three separate issues included in this application: <br />(1) Fences on alley and at south corner of house to secure <br />the property; <br />(2) Replace aluminum siding on garage with wood siding or <br />shingles; <br />(3) Revise patio area extensively, removing about half of <br />the existing fieldstone and building a new brick <br />patio. <br />We have grouped these projects together partly for convenience but <br />also because they will affect each other. For instance, the fence <br />on the alley should start at the garage, which means the siding <br />should probably be replaced before the fence is built. <br />
