The staff <br />recommends hiring Peirce & Associates. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposal <br />from Peirce & Associates for professional <br />services in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. <br />m.
