• TREASURER'S REPORT: <br />FEBRUARY - 1993 <br />As can be seen below, during the month of February 1993 HPC staff incurred <br />no unusual expenses. This month's expenditures total $2521.57. The <br />unencumbered account balance was $35,119.71. <br />In February the HPC quiatesed (deposited) $3,693.00 into the St. Joseph <br />County general fund.
