Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:41 p.m. <br />II. Certificates of Appropriateness. <br />1. 944 Riverside Drive -- Riverside Drive LHD <br />Ms. Kotzbauer read the staff report describing the <br />proposed project: owner wishes to replace the rear and side <br />metal storm doors with Grisham Steel metal security storm doors <br />(model SD102) that match the security storm already in place on <br />the front entrance of the home. <br />Ms. Kotzbauer explained that the staff recommends approval of <br />the proposal, and the staff had suggested the use of another <br />model(SD133) that was more stylistically appropriate to the <br />house. The owner, however, remained in favor of the SD102 model <br />because it matches the existing front door. <br />Mrs. Sporleder and Mr. Eide asked several questions about the <br />position of the house. Mrs. Sporleder inquired as to whether the <br />owner was present; Mr. Holycross indicated that the owner was <br />not present. <br />Mrs. Sporleder moved to approve the proposal as submitted. Mr. <br />Eide seconded the motion. <br />0 No discussion. <br />1 <br />
