(George G. <br />Athens) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $990.00 as of August 1, <br />1996. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Mr. Hunt and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved the <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property located at 313 East Ewing. <br />(George G. Commission approval requested for <br />Amendment to Contract for Sale of <br />Land related to the Robertson's <br />building. <br />Ms. Manier explained that the <br />Commission previously entered into a <br />Contract for Sale of Land with South <br />Bend Heritage Foundation, Inc. for the <br />sale of the Robertson's Building. This <br />Amendment would allow South Bend <br />Heritage Foundation, Inc. to sell the <br />building to Robertson's Building Corp. <br />and then to Robertson's Building, LLC. <br />This is necessitated by the financing for <br />the project. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Mr. Hunt and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved the <br />Amendment to Contract for Sale of Land <br />for the Robertson's Building. <br />-13- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CERTIFICATE OF <br />WAIVER IN CONNECTION WITH THE RENTAL REHAB <br />LOAN PROGRAM FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 313 <br />EAST EWING (GEORGE G.
