I am not <br />sure that this would endear the Historic Preservation Commission to <br />the various districts it serves. <br />An interim suggestion might be for the Commission to declare <br />and determine that a temporary placement of an unsightly object upon <br />landmark property for a period exceeding six months shall be <br />determined to be a permanent construction, and as such, subject to the <br />Commission's power to require removal. <br />Sincerely, <br />Aladean M.
