The staff recommends that any approved proposal <br />regarding siding require that the existing roof and window trim <br />be retained and restored. Fitting the building with vinyl <br />siding, given the building's altered character and context, is in <br />keeping with the staff's interpretation of the Edgewater Place <br />Historic District standards.
