Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:40 p.m. <br />II. Public Hearing <br />A. Certificates of Appropriateness. <br />Mr. Oxian proposed that hearings for the C of A's be <br />postponed until later in the meeting. Mr. Herendeen <br />so moved; Mrs. Dennen seconded the motion. Ar)oroved <br />unanimously. <br />B. Riley High School --Second Reading <br />Mr. Oxian began by establishing rules. All speakers <br />were to limit their remarks to 3 minutes; those . <br />supporting the proposal were to speak first, followed <br />by those opposing. One person from each side would <br />then be allowed a rebuttal speech. <br />Mr. Holycross presented the staff report. He <br />recommended landmarking the building and applying <br />standards which preserved the facade but did not <br />prohibit renovation or enlargement. in addition, he <br />
