Mr. Oxian said the Commission owed the owner an opinion on economic factors; also, he saw no point in replacing the siding. He further argued that the owner had applied for neither a C of A nor a building permit, and had therefore violated many rules. He asked the Commission to decide on a course of action --table the proposal, reject it, have the staff instruct the owner on rules and regulations, etc. Mr. Pastor reiterated the staff recommendation to move the south window, which was inappropriately placed. Mrs. Sporleder said she found no compelling aesthetic problem with the south window, and no obvious reason for moving it. Mr. Herendeen agreed.
