The HPC
staff has sufficiently documented them in place should future
owners desire to replace with replicas. There is nothing in the
standards that is specific with regards to outdoor lighting not
in the public right of way. The staff recommends that the owner
be permitted t.o install all lighting as specified in the project
description.
3) The existing rolling garage door is not: original; it is in
deteriorated condition and needs replacing. The garage port
faces onto a rear access alley.' The staff is in favor of the
installation of a steel insulated door; however, a door %iLh a
L, recessed paneling detail would be more appropriate than the
smooth steel finish. The manufacturer, Clopay, makes such a
door: model # 74.
