He states that because Lex <br />Investment, Inc. has been there, they can <br />do it on his own property but not as an <br />investment company in their own parking <br />lot. <br />Mrs. Auburn asked was there someone <br />from Lex Investment, Inc. here. <br />Jim Knepp stated his name and <br />introduced his partner Tom Walz. Jim <br />Knepp stated that he and Tom Walz are <br />Lex Investment. He stated that this is an <br />entity that owns the building. Jim Knepp <br />stated that he will agree with Dennis <br />Emery and Mrs. Kolata that Lex <br />Investment, Inc. does have fifteen spaces. <br />They also have seventeen spaces used. <br />He stated that they have to rent additional <br />spaces from Tippecanoe Place simply for <br />his staff. <br />Jim Knepp stated they have four <br />attorneys, five secretaries, three <br />paralegals and one law clerk. <br />Jim Knepp stated that he doesn't know <br />what City lot Dennis Emery was referring <br />to. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that she thought <br />Dennis Emery was referring to the lot at <br />505 W.Washington. She stated that there <br />was a vehicle parked on this lot on <br />Wednesday. <br />Jim Knepp stated that this was not one of <br />-21- <br />
