Mr. Oxian advised him to follow up on 1120 E. Jefferson and make sure the trees were replaced. Mr. Pastor asked commissioners to make a site inspection at 121 N. Studebaker. He wanted assurance that the door would be replaced in-kind, and had advised the owner that such an inspection would take place. la. Certificates of Appropriateness --Committee Meeting a. 1421 E. Mr. Pastor reported that a certificate had been issued last April for the reconstruction of an illegally -removed back entry porch. The certificate had since expired. Mr. Oxian advised him to inform the building department, since building permits are good for only one year. He also advised sending a letter to the owners, telling them the certificate had expired. 2. Budget and Finance. Mr. Holycross reported that he and Mr. Pastor had gone to Indianapolis Nov. 12 for a meeting at the State Office. The survey project had been accepted, and $19,329 awarded. He failed_ to obtain full funding for two other projects (the new brochures and the proposed extension of the National Register District) because of tardiness and other problems.
